1.Delivery Area
These Shipping Terms apply to all orders placed on the Moriliva (hereinafter referred to as “we”) website. At present, delivery services are available only within the United Kingdom. Shipping to countries or regions outside the United Kingdom is not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value, according to the following rules:
For orders with a total value of less than GBP 89.99, a shipping fee of GBP 8.9 will be charged;
For orders with a total value equal to or greater than GBP 89.99, shipping will be free of charge.
3.Order Cut-Off Time
Orders submitted and paid for before 18:00 will have their processing time calculated starting from the same day;
Orders submitted after 18:00 will begin processing on the next working day;
If an order is placed on a rest day, processing will start on the next working day.
4.Order Processing Time
Once an order is confirmed, it will enter the processing stage. Under normal circumstances, order processing takes 1–3 working days, after which the items will be dispatched.
5.Shipping Timeframe
After the order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated overall shipping timeframe is 5–10 working days. This timeframe is for reference only, and actual delivery times may vary due to logistics arrangements or external factors.
6.Shipping Carriers
Orders are delivered by the following carriers or other similar logistics providers:
FedEx
UPS
DHL Express
The specific carrier information will be based on the details provided at the time of dispatch.
7.Order Tracking
After placing an order and completing payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and carrier information.
You may visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter the email address or phone number used when placing the order, along with the corresponding order number, to check the current status of your order.
8.Responsibility Statement
If items are damaged or lost during transportation, please contact us promptly after receipt and provide relevant details;
Once an order has been dispatched, any request to modify or cancel the shipment will depend on the actual order status and cannot be guaranteed;
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Any delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information will be the responsibility of the customer.
9.Receipt and Inspection
Upon delivery, please inspect the package and the condition of the items as soon as possible. If any issues are found, it is recommended that you retain relevant evidence and contact us promptly so that we may assist you accordingly.
