1. Order Cancellation Conditions

This Order Cancellation Policy applies to all online orders placed on the Moriliva (hereinafter referred to as “we”) website.
If your order is submitted within 48 hours and is still in processing status and has not yet been dispatched, you may request to cancel the order.
If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already entered the shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled directly. In this case, you may wait for the delivery and then contact us to apply for a return and refund in accordance with the Return and Exchange Policy.

2. Order Cancellation Process

① Please contact our customer service team via email or telephone to request order cancellation, and provide the order number, proof of payment, and other required information.
② Upon receiving your request, our customer service team will promptly verify and process it. If the cancellation conditions are met, we will inform you of the result via your registered contact details and arrange the refund accordingly.

3. Refund Process

Refund Information: After the cancellation request or related return has been confirmed, we will process the refund within 1 to 5 business days. The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (such as Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
