1. Return and Exchange Period
From the date you receive your order, you may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days, provided that the conditions outlined in this policy are met. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

The item received does not match the order information;
Returns or exchanges without reason are supported, provided the item does not affect resale.
3.Return Process
Contact us via customer service email or phone to submit a return request, and provide your order number, proof of payment, reason for return, and relevant photos or videos;
Our customer service team will review your request upon receipt. If approved, we will inform you of the result and provide the return address;
Please send the item back to the designated return address and wait for it to be received;
After receiving the item, we will inspect it. If the inspection confirms the reported issue, a refund will be arranged immediately;
The return label will be included with the product.
4.Exchange Process

Our customer service team will review your request promptly. If approved, we will notify you and provide the return address;
Please send the item back to the designated return address and wait for it to be received;
Once the returned item is received and confirmed to be in acceptable condition, a replacement item will be shipped to your address within 1–3 business days.
5. Refund Process
Refund Notice: After the return request is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 1 to 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (such as Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
6.Shipping Cost Responsibility
If the return or exchange is due to appearance issues, quality problems, odor, severe color differences, or incorrect items, the related shipping costs will be covered by us;
For returns without reason, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
7.Responsibility Statement
Please inspect the item promptly upon receipt. Failure to do so may affect the acceptance of return or exchange requests. We reserve the right to refuse requests for items damaged due to improper use, storage, or other human-related factors.
